By using Senzo you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Senzo is a receipt scanning, expense tracking, and finance coaching app from WASP Studios.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Senzo to scan documents that don't belong to you, decompile the app, bypass scan limits, forward others' emails without consent, or use the app for illegal purposes.

4. Scan limits

Trial/Premium: 100 scans/month during active entitlement. Family Edition: 100/month per account. Business Edition: 500/month. Daily limit: 20 scans for all tiers. Forwarded email receipts count toward the monthly limit.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Senzo offers a 7-day free trial followed by three paid tiers: Premium, Family Edition, and Business Edition. Current pricing is shown in the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds follow the store's policy.

6. Email forwarding

Intended for your own receipts only. Do not forward others' emails without their consent.

7. Family sharing

The group creator is responsible for the group's use. Family sharing is intended for household members.

8. AI insights and disclaimer

AI coach insights do not constitute professional financial advice. Always verify important figures manually. WASP Studios is not liable for financial decisions based on the app's content.

9. Mileage log and deduction rates

The mileage log uses statutory rates from Skatteverket, Skatteetaten, SKAT, and other tax authorities at the time of the last update. Rates can change, so verify the current figure with your local tax authority. Senzo is not a licensed tax adviser.

10. Business Edition and accountant export

Business Edition provides VAT calculations, mileage tracking, and the ability to export an accountant bundle (receipts CSV, mileage CSV, summary). The export feature does not replace professional accounting. WASP Studios is not liable for inaccuracies in exported material. Users must verify all data with their accounting professional.

12. Intellectual property

Senzo is owned by WASP Studios. Copying or distribution requires written permission.

13. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

15. Changes to these terms

For significant changes we will notify you by email or within the app at least 14 days in advance.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law.
