What data we collect
Email address when you register or join the waitlist
Receipt images, processed temporarily and not stored in the cloud

How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide the app's features. We never sell your data to third parties.
Waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we use the email address you provide only to contact you about launch access. Joining the waitlist does not create a Senzo account or guarantee access. You can ask us to remove your waitlist entry at any time.
AI processing
Receipt images and extracted data are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for text extraction and AI coach insights. Images are not stored permanently. Anthropic does not train its models on API data by default.
Accountant export
Senzo Business lets you download accountant files or create an expiring, read-only web link for a selected period. You choose when to create the link and can revoke it at any time. The link can include Business and Reimbursable receipts, mileage entries, a note you write, and questions or replies added during the handoff. Anyone with the link can view those records until it expires or is revoked. Downloaded files and information copied by the recipient are governed by the recipient's own privacy practices.
Scheduled email reports
You can choose to receive a monthly report at the email address on your Senzo account. The email contains aggregate totals and counts, not receipt images, merchant names, line items, or attachments. Resend processes the email for delivery. You can change the schedule or turn reports off in dashboard settings, or use the unsubscribe link in any report.
Advertising
Senzo is a paid subscription app with a 7-day free trial for every new account. We do not show ads in the app.
Data storage and retention
Receipt records are stored securely in Supabase with encryption for 12 months. Receipt photos and business profile data stay on your device. Mileage entries used by the Business web dashboard are synced to Supabase. When you delete your account, all cloud data is removed within 30 days.
Family sharing
Receipts and warranties are shared with your family group members. Members can view but not edit each other's data.
Analytics and error reporting
We use PostHog (EU server) for anonymous usage analytics and Sentry for error reporting in the app. No personal information is linked to this data. This website (getsenzo.com) uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookieless and do not track you across sites or sessions.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. When you sign in to the web dashboard, Senzo uses a first-party authentication cookie to keep you signed in and protect your account. This cookie is required for the dashboard to work and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Delete your account under Settings → Account → Delete Account.
