Creating a Fortnox CSV from receipts

A Fortnox-style CSV export is only useful if the receipt data underneath is clean.

Each receipt needs a date, supplier, total including VAT, VAT amount, total excluding VAT, and an account mapping.

From receipt to row

Senzo saves each receipt as a structured record. Business users can download those records as a CSV with the supplier, VAT, totals, and a suggested BAS account code.

Review before export

Review is the part that makes the export useful. Fix a wrong category or missing amount before downloading the file. The CSV cannot be more accurate than the receipts behind it.

What the export is for

The CSV gives your accountant a table to work from instead of a folder of photos and forwarded emails. Check the suggested account codes before importing anything.
