Fortnox CSV From Receipts

A Fortnox-style CSV export is only useful if the receipt data underneath is clean.

That means each receipt needs a date, supplier, total including VAT, VAT amount, total excluding VAT, and an account mapping.

From receipt to row

Senzo reads receipts into structured records. For Business users, the web dashboard can turn those records into a CSV with supplier, VAT, totals, and a simple BAS-style account code.

Review before export

The important step is review. If a receipt was categorized incorrectly, fix it before export. Accounting files are much easier to trust when the source data is clean.

What the export is for

The CSV is a handoff. It gives you or your accountant a cleaner starting point than photos, emails, or a pile of paper receipts.
