Where the rates come from
Rates are sourced from the European Central Bank's daily reference rates via the Frankfurter API, updated once per weekday. They're a solid reference for personal budgeting, but a bank or card network's actual conversion rate on a given transaction will usually differ slightly, since they add their own margin.
